DCRC welcomes dairy producers, dairy cattle researchers, bovine veterinarians and dairy cattle product and service providers to the 2025 Dairy Cattle Reproduction Council Annual Meeting, November 11-13, 2025, at the Madison Marriott West in Middleton, Wisconsin, USA. 

The 2025 DCRC Annual Meeting highlights topics that foster reproduction efficiency. This year’s speakers will address some of the latest advancements in dairy farm sustainability and provide practical applications that can be implemented to boost dairy cattle health and reproduction, and enhance dairy farm profitability.

 

2025 MEETING PRICING

 

Below is the timetable for meeting registration pricing. Non-member pricing includes a one-year DCRC membership.

Note:  

  • *To qualify for the student rate, you must be a current student seeking a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Postgraduate students are considered “professionals” and thus pay the Professional Member rate. 
  • Non-member pricing includes a one year membership in DCRC. 
  • Virtual attendees will have additional information on how to access the program emailed approximately a week before the conference.

Cancellation policy:

If you registered to attend the 2025 DCRC Annual Meeting in person and are unable to attend, your registration will be converted to a virtual attendee registration.

The following reimbursement schedule will be adhered to:

  • Contact DCRC via email by Wednesday, October 1, 2025
    • You will be  transitioned to a virtual attendee and refunded the difference of the in-person cost compared to the virtual attendee cost.
    • Virtual attendee registration = $300
  • Contact DCRC via email by Friday, October 31, 2025
    • You will be refunded 50% of the in-person cost compared to the virtual attendee cost. 
    • Virtual attendee registration = $300
  • Contact DCRC via email beginning November 1, 2025
    • There will be no refund given, but you will be transitioned to a virtual attendee.
